This Privacy Policy explains what personal information AmberBlush collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. We aim to collect only information that is reasonably needed to review your project, issue an invoice, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations.

Depending on your project, we may collect:

• Contact info: Name, author name, email, phone number (optional), country, and billing address (only if needed for invoicing).
• Project info: Project title, brief, selected studio/finish/scope, references, and feedback.
• Booking info: Preferred start date, payment preference, and referral code.
• Records: Emails, approvals, and marketing consent records.

2.2 Information we do not request

We do not intentionally collect payment-card numbers, full bank credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal data. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless necessary.

2.3 Automatic collection

When you visit our website, limited technical information (browser type, device type, approximate location) may be collected automatically to keep the website functioning.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Review your project request and prepare a quote.
• Create invoices and confirm payments.
• Reserve your project slot and communicate with you.
• Deliver the project and manage revisions.
• Keep accounting and tax records.

4. Returning clients and secure data

Returning clients do not have to re-enter their information. If you identify as a returning client, we may match your request with an existing record using your email. We will ask you to review your stored information before using it again. Any secure links provided to review your details will be time-limited and single-use.

5. Who receives your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g., form platforms, email providers, payment processors, accounting software) strictly to help us run the Studio.

6. Marketing messages

Marketing consent is separate from booking a project. You will see an optional checkbox:

7. How long we keep information

• Unapproved requests: Up to six months.
• Active/Completed project records: For the duration of the project, plus up to three years.
• Invoices and payment records: For the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Marketing consent: Until withdrawn.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

8. Your privacy rights
